During the development of the system, we increased a Squash centre's regular participation from about 85 regulars to more than 220 regulars in the space of 23 months. At this point the growth was accerating, not diminishing. Another trial also resulted in significant increases in participation and greater efficiencies.(more statistical detail on application)

Whilst the use of the system requires a different way of working, feedback has been that is it very user friendly at the service desk. Whilst there is some complexity in the actual set up of the system, the ease of use there after is remarkable..
